To support our open access model and ensure the sustainability and quality of our journal, we implement an Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted manuscripts. This fee covers the various costs associated with the publication process, including peer review management, professional typesetting, website maintenance, and long-term archiving.   • Standard APC: $100 per article

  1. Peer Review Management:

    • Coordination of the peer review process, ensuring rigorous and unbiased reviews by qualified experts.
    • Compensation for editorial staff who manage submissions and peer review communications.

  2. Professional Typesetting and Formatting:

    • High-quality formatting of articles to ensure readability and professional presentation.
    • Inclusion of graphics, tables, and supplementary materials in a visually appealing format.

  3. Website Maintenance and Hosting:

    • Maintenance of a user-friendly and secure journal website.
    • Ensuring articles are easily accessible and searchable online.

  4. Long-Term Archiving:

    • Preservation of articles in digital archives to ensure long-term accessibility.
    • Participation in archiving programs such as LOCKSS or Portico.

  5. Marketing and Indexing:

    • Promoting articles through various channels to increase visibility and readership.
    • Ensuring articles are indexed in major databases and search engines.

Payment Process:

  • Upon Acceptance: Authors will receive an invoice for the APC after their manuscript has been accepted for publication. Payment is required before the article is published.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, and institutional billing arrangements.

Waiver and Discount Policy:

  • Waivers: Full or partial waivers may be granted to authors from low-income countries or those facing financial hardship. Authors can apply for a waiver during the submission process by providing a brief justification.
  • Discounts: Members of partner institutions, societies, or organizations may be eligible for discounted APC rates. Information about eligibility and application for discounts will be provided during the submission process.

Refund Policy:

  • Rejections: If an article is rejected during the peer review process, no APC will be charged.
