Writing Rules

To maintain high standards of scholarly communication and ensure clarity and consistency in our publications, the Journal adheres to the following writing rules for submitted manuscripts.

General Formatting

  1. Manuscript Structure:

    • Title Page: Includes the title of the manuscript, author names, affiliations, and contact information for the corresponding author.
    • Abstract: A concise summary of the study, typically 150-250 words.
    • Keywords: 4-6 keywords that encapsulate the main topics of the manuscript.
    • Main Text: Structured into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion.
    • References: A complete list of all sources cited in the manuscript.
  2. File Format:

    • Manuscripts should be submitted as Microsoft Word documents (.doc or .docx).
  3. Font and Spacing:

    • Use Times New Roman, 12-point font.
    • Double-space the entire manuscript, including references and figure legends.
    • Use 1-inch margins on all sides.

Title Page

  1. Title:

    • Should be concise and informative, reflecting the content and scope of the manuscript.
  2. Author Information:

    • List all authors' full names and affiliations.
    • Identify the corresponding author with contact details (email and phone number).
  3. Funding and Acknowledgments:

    • Include any funding sources and acknowledgments on the title page.

Abstract and Keywords

  1. Abstract:

    • Provide a standalone summary of the manuscript, including the purpose, methods, results, and conclusion.
    • Avoid citations and abbreviations.
  2. Keywords:

    • List relevant keywords to facilitate indexing and search.

Main Text

  1. Introduction:

    • Clearly state the research question or objective.
  2. Methods:

    • Describe the study design, participants, procedures, and analytical methods in detail to allow replication.
    • Include ethical approval and consent statements where applicable.
  3. Results:

    • Present findings in a logical sequence.

  5. Conclusion:

Tables and Figures

    • Number figures consecutively in the order they are cited in the text.
    • Provide a concise title and legend for each figure.
    • Ensure high resolution and clarity of all images.

References

  1. Citation Style:

    • Use APA (American Psychological Association) citation style for all references.
    • Ensure all references are cited in the text and listed in the reference section.
  2. Reference List:

    • List references alphabetically by the last name of the first author.
    • Include all necessary details: author names, publication year, title, journal name, volume, issue, and page numbers for journal articles; title, publisher, and year for books.

Ethical Compliance

  1. Plagiarism:

    • Authors must ensure their work is original and properly cite all sources.
    • All submissions will be checked for plagiarism.
  2. Conflict of Interest:

    • Disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  3. Ethical Approval:

Submission Process
